Service Description
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. Full payment is due for events booked one month or less prior to the date of the event. Catering estimates will expire one (1) week from the initial date sent. Dates are considered booked if a deposit has been paid.
Cancellation Policy
Catering Booking Cancellation Policy Full Refund: If the event date is greater than thirty (30) days before the event, the catering service may retain all expenditures to date. Partial Refund: If the event is canceled within thirty (30) days, the catering service may retain 25% of the deposit and seek additional expenditures. No Refund: If the event is canceled within fourteen (14) days, the catering service may retain any deposit paid and seek additional losses. Full Costs: If the event is canceled within five (5) days, the client agrees to pay full event costs per bid. These policies are designed to manage the risks associated with catering services and ensure that clients are compensated fairly for their deposits and expenditures.
